Creative 8 Consulting, Inc. is committed to delivering high quality consulting services, coaching programs, and digital products. By purchasing any service or product from Creative 8 Consulting, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Creative 8 Consulting, Inc. does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to situations where the client chooses not to proceed, fails to submit required intake forms, experiences financial hardship, or believes services have not yet started.

Work begins internally immediately upon receipt of payment. This includes administrative setup, resource allocation, scheduling, platform access, and internal preparation. Because work begins at the time of purchase, transactions are non refundable and non reversible.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of coaching services, consulting packages, digital products, programs, memberships, and sessions are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once payment is processed, regardless of the client’s usage, access, participation level, or completion status.

Digital Products

All digital products including courses, templates, downloads, guides, replays, and platform access are final sale. Upon payment, access is granted or delivery is initiated and the product is considered delivered. Once access is provided, no refunds, cancellations, or charge reversals will be accepted.

If technical issues occur, clients may contact the Creative 8 Consulting, Inc. support team for assistance. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for completing all required intake forms, questionnaires, and documentation in a timely manner. Delays caused by a client’s failure to respond, submit documents, or engage do not qualify for refunds or timeline adjustments.

It is the client’s responsibility to remain responsive throughout the duration of the service.

Technical Support

Creative 8 Consulting, Inc. provides reasonable technical support to ensure digital products and platforms function as described. Clients experiencing access issues should contact support for assistance. Access challenges do not qualify for refunds.

Disputed Transactions

By making a purchase, the client agrees not to dispute or charge back any transaction. Creative 8 Consulting, Inc. does not honor disputed charges once payment is processed.

Any disputes submitted through a financial institution will be contested in accordance with this refund policy. Clients are encouraged to contact Creative 8 Consulting, Inc. directly to address concerns.

Service Based Business Policy

Creative 8 Consulting, Inc. operates as a service based business. Internal work begins immediately upon payment, including preparation, planning, scheduling, administrative tasks, and resource allocation.

While visible deliverables may follow a defined timeline, work on the client’s file begins as soon as payment is received. For this reason, all transactions are final and non refundable regardless of client pace, engagement, or completion of forms.

Some services may require full payment before deliverables are released. Projects may take up to eight weeks depending on responsiveness, document submission, and third party processing timelines.

Failure to submit required information may delay timelines but does not alter the refund policy.
